Amamiya Shouhei is a skilled pianist boy who has been taking piano lessons since he was four years old. He decides to become a professional pianist in the future and will not spare any effort in this path. He is very serious and tries hard in his practices. Ichiyama Kai is a boy of the same age as Amamiya. He grew up in a poor family and the only joy and pleasure in his life is playing a special piano that he found in the forest at the age of three.
